Margaret “Peggy” Lowe, 73, September 5, 2022; loving mother of Esther (Lylya) Parish; adored Grandma Peggy of Lillian Parish; dear sister of Barbara (Zvie) Lieberman and the late Caren (Ed Mishkin) Nederlander; much loved aunt, great aunt and friend of many. Peggy loved to sing and cook. She was an artist who enjoyed painting, sculpting and glasswork.
